List all products according to the list of ingredients. Prepare the utensils you will use. If you do not have ready-made minced meat, then grind the pork into minced meat using a meat grinder. Sift the required amount of flour.
Prepare the dough, make a dough, put yeast, 2 tablespoons of flour, water in a deep bowl and leave for 10 minutes. When the dough is ready, pour in the rest of the flour and knead the dough, gradually pour in 50 ml of vegetable oil and knead the dough for 15 minutes. Heat vegetable oil in a hot frying pan and fry the pies on both sides over low heat until golden brown.
