Wash the apples, peel and cut out the middle. Separate the whites from the yolks. Preheat the oven.
In a deep bowl, use a mixer to combine the cottage cheese with egg whites, sugar, baking powder and butter. Gradually add flour to the mixture and knead the dough. It should be smooth and not stick to your hands. Cover the dough and let it rest while you prepare the filling.
Grate the peeled apples, sprinkle with cinnamon and stir.
Divide the dough into several identical, small parts, each of which roll into a flat cake 2 mm thick. Place a spoonful of filling in the middle of each piece and form into pies.
Cover a baking sheet with parchment, place the pies on it with the molded edges down, brush each one with yolk and bake in the oven for 35 minutes at 180 degrees. Serve the pies warm, sprinkled with powdered sugar.
Serve the pies with hot milk.
