Lay out all the ingredients in front of you. Wash greens, vegetables and meat. Cut the rack of lamb in pairs of two bones to create four full pieces.
Prepare the sauce. Peel the cucumber and remove seeds, cut it into small cubes. Cut the onion into small cubes. Grate the garlic. Mix yogurt, onion, cucumber, garlic, lemon juice and zest. Add salt and pepper to taste. Let the sauce sit in the refrigerator for up to an hour.

In a glass with a blender, beat all the butter, salt, garlic clove and herbs. Cover the prepared ribs with it. Leave for 5-10 minutes. Then fry in a well-heated frying pan on all sides. If necessary, finish cooking the ribs in the oven.
