Shred the chicken into small squares.
Add eggs, garlic, mayonnaise and flour to the chicken and mix.
Don't forget to add salt and pepper.
Spoon onto a greased frying pan and form into pancakes.
Fry the pancakes for 10 minutes on each side over medium heat. Bon appetit!
Any side dish will suit these cutlets. I like a light dinner, so I eat it with salad. If you replace mayonnaise with light yogurt or low-fat sour cream, the dish will be dietary and high-protein, but no less tender and juicy.
