Cut the chicken breast into slices and pound.
Mix soy sauce, starch, eggs and mayonnaise (you can use a mixer).
Pour the mixture over the meat and stir, add salt and pepper to taste (if the soy sauce is very salty, then there is no need to add salt). Place in the refrigerator for a few hours (I usually leave it overnight).
Fry the chops in a frying pan until done.
Serve with your favorite side dish, such as pasta or mashed potatoes.
