Wash the chicken meat. Cover a baking sheet with foil greased with vegetable oil. Peel the onions and carrots, rinse. Wash the zucchini and peppers, remove the stems and seeds from the peppers. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
Mix mayonnaise with soy sauce and spices. Coat the chicken with this mixture and leave to marinate for 20 minutes. Then place the meat on a baking sheet lined with foil.
Cut the onion into rings, carrots and zucchini into slices, and pepper into slices. Dip vegetables into the remaining marinade from the meat and stir. Cut the tomato into slices.
Place the marinated vegetables on a baking sheet on top of the chicken, and place the tomato slices on top.
Bake meat and vegetables in an oven preheated to 200 °C for 25-30 minutes. 3-5 minutes before cooking, sprinkle the dish with grated cheese.
Serve chicken legs baked with vegetables, sprinkled with chopped herbs on top. Pair this dish with a salad or fresh vegetable appetizer.
