Prepare all the ingredients and place them on the table for convenience. Leave the butter at room temperature for a while until it softens. Sort, wash the strawberries and cut them into small pieces. Set the oven to preheat to 180 C.
In a large, deep bowl, combine yeast and sugar. Then break the chicken eggs, separating the whites from the yolks, and add only the whites to the ingredients. Stir and beat the resulting mass until foamy. Then add the yolks and beat the mixture until foamy again. In another bowl, melt half the butter. Add the mixture of ingredients prepared earlier, then milk and beat until foam appears. Then add wheat flour and knead the dough.
Cover the dough with cling film and leave it for an hour. During this time the dough should rise.
In a deep bowl, combine melted butter and cream cheese. Add powdered sugar and beat everything with a blender.
On a clean, floured surface, roll out the prepared yeast dough into a thin layer. Brush the dough with oil, sprinkle with cinnamon and place strawberry slices on top. Roll the dough into a roll and cut it into pieces of the same size. Place parchment paper on a baking sheet. Place the pieces on top with the side cut facing up. Bake the cinnabons in an oven preheated to 180 C for 40 minutes. Remove the pan from the oven once the buns are ready and leave them to cool. Then top the Cinnabons with a cream based on butter, cream cheese and powdered sugar. Place the baked goods in portions on beautiful plates. Sprinkle the buns with ground cinnamon, garnish with strawberries and serve. Bon appetit!
