Grease a baking dish with oil, preheat the oven to 180 degrees, cut the apricots into small pieces.
Grind the butter with 100 g of sugar. Then add 3 eggs and mix until smooth. Then add baking powder, flour and knead into a smooth dough.
Place the dough in the mold, smooth it out and make sides. Then place the apricots on the dough.
Add 3 eggs, starch to the cottage cheese and mix. Beat the remaining sugar with cream and vanilla sugar.
Add whipped cream and sugar to the curd mixture and stir until smooth. Spread the mixture on top of the apricots.
Place the cake in the baking dish in the oven and bake for 45 minutes.
Decorate the pie with apricot jam, whipped cream or powdered sugar.
