Pour kefir over semolina to swell and leave for 1 hour. Remove the butter from the refrigerator and cut the pumpkin pulp into small cubes. Prepare a baking pan and parchment paper.
Place butter into the swollen semolina. Add salt and sugar, mix. Add flour and stir well again.
Place pumpkin in the dough and add baking powder. Mix everything again. Line a baking pan with parchment paper. Lay out the dough and smooth it out. Place the pan with the dough in the oven for 50 minutes, bake at 180°C. Remove the finished manna from the mold and cool.
Cut the cooled pumpkin manna into portions and place on a beautiful plate. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
