First, boil the potatoes and eggs. Then peel them and cut them into small squares so that they are approximately the same size. Next, wash all the vegetables, radishes, cucumber and sausage, cut them in the same way as the eggs.
In a separate large bowl, combine all ingredients: sausage, cucumber, chopped eggs, chopped radishes, potatoes, salt and sugar. Mix everything well so that the vegetables are evenly distributed. Prepare a serving plate and place a couple of spoons of vegetable salad on it.
Next, pour kefir into it. If you don't have it, use serum. Season with salt and pepper to taste. You can also add various seasonings to taste.
Serve okroshka with a slice of black bread with homemade butter. Finely chop green onions, dill or parsley and sprinkle on the dish. If desired, replace kefir with sourdough, also garnishing it with herbs.
