Rinse the rice well and boil until half cooked. Wash and peel the onions and carrots. Finely chop the onion and grate the carrots. Wash the meat and chop it into small pieces. Preheat the oven to 200℃.
Pour sunflower oil into a heated frying pan. Add the onion, fry a little and add the carrots. Remove from heat and place in portions into a pot.
Add pork to a heated frying pan with vegetable oil and add seasonings. Fry the meat for 13 minutes. Then add it as a second layer after carrots and onions. Next, lay out the rice. Place the pots with pilaf in the oven for 30 minutes.
Before serving, you can grate cheese on top or sprinkle with herbs. This way the dish will be tastier and more aromatic. You can also use chopped vegetables when serving.
