Soak the mushrooms in warm water for 1 hour, then cut into pieces. Peel the potatoes and cut them into small pieces. Peel the carrots and grate on a coarse grater.
In a preheated frying pan, fry the mushrooms, then add the carrots, add the potatoes, add salt, spices and mix everything well.
Pour boiling water over the potatoes and mushrooms, add soy sauce, stir again and place in a preheated oven for 30 minutes at 200C.
Sprinkle the finished potatoes with fresh chopped herbs and serve with sour cream and garlic sauce. This will make the dish piquant.
