List all products according to the list of ingredients. Peel the onion, garlic and potatoes and rinse well. Rinse the duck meat thoroughly, cut off all excess fat layers and tear out the remaining feather needles, if any, wipe with a paper towel. Prepare the utensils you will use.
Cut the onion into half rings, cut the potatoes into slices. Cut the butter into cubes. Finely chop the dill. Squeeze the garlic.
Mix all ingredients for the side dish in a deep container and add chopped dill.
Rub the duck on all sides with garlic, salt and pepper, and add soy sauce. Be sure to season the inside of the duck well, and don’t forget about the belly. Stuff the cooked duck with the prepared stuffing of potatoes, onions and spices. Secure the belly with toothpicks.
Brush the duck again with soy sauce and bake in the oven preheated to 220 degrees for 180-240 minutes.
Place the finished baked duck meat on a plate, and a side dish of potatoes on it. Serve the dish immediately before it cools down. If desired, garnish the baked dish with lettuce, oranges and fresh berries.
