Prepare minced turkey meat yourself or purchase high-quality ready-made turkey meat from a retail chain. Wash and peel the vegetables. Grate the cheese.
Wash and boil the rice until half cooked. Add boiled cooled rice, chopped garlic, eggs to the minced meat, salt, season with pepper and mix thoroughly.
Roll into meatballs the size of a small egg and dredge in flour on all sides. Fry the meatballs in a frying pan in vegetable oil.
Chop the onions and carrots and fry them in a frying pan with vegetable oil. Vegetables should only become tired, not fried. Add the fry to the meatballs and stir.
Place the browned meatballs in a heavy-bottomed saucepan or leave in the pan. Add about one and a half glasses of water / 300 ml of water and cream. Salt and pepper to taste. Cover the pot or pan with a lid and simmer over low heat for about 30 minutes.
Serve with chopped herbs and grated cheese. The formed meatballs can be frozen and cooked quickly when you are short on time.
