Lay out all the ingredients in front of you. Wash the meat and tomatoes. Grate the cheese. Cut onions and tomatoes into rings.
Place the chicken fillet on a baking sheet so that the pieces do not touch each other. Pepper, salt, add seasoning. You can use any at your discretion. Brush the chicken with mayonnaise, place onion rings on top, then tomato rings. Spread mayonnaise on top. Sprinkle with cheese and brush with mayonnaise again.
Bake in the oven at 180°C for about an hour until done.
Before serving, pour the sauce over the chicken that remained on the baking sheet during cooking. This will make the meat juicier. Serve with any side dish or salad.
