Prepare ingredients for shrimp ramen. Peel the shrimp, ginger, onion, sweet and hot pepper. Finely chop the ginger, onions and green onions. Cut the pepper into strips. Tip: Be sure to remove the white veins from the sweet pepper, they add bitterness.
Prepare the shrimp. Sprinkle them with salt and pepper.
Cook the noodles. Boil water, add salt, drain the noodles, cook as written on the package (on average 7-8 minutes). Drain the water and rinse the finished product under running cold water.
Prepare shrimp ramen. In a deep frying pan, fry onions and green onions, chili and bell peppers, ginger, and shrimp in oil for 3-5 minutes. Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil and 150 ml of water. Stir. Let it boil, add noodles, heat well.
Place the finished ramen with shrimp on plates, sprinkle with cilantro and sesame seeds, and serve.
