Sift the flour through a sieve. Peel the onion and garlic and chop.
Break an egg into a deep plate, add flour, butter and mix. Pour in boiling water and gently knead the dough with a spoon. After cooling, knead the dough on the table, sprinkling the work surface with flour. The finished dough is elastic and does not stick to your hands. Leave it to lie under a towel for 30 minutes.
Add onion, garlic, salt and spices to the minced meat. Mix everything carefully and refrigerate for 30 minutes. After half an hour, roll out the dough into a rope and cut into small pieces. Then roll out all the pieces using a rolling pin into a circle shape.
Place a small amount of minced meat on each circle, close the edges and form a dumpling. Boil the required number of dumplings in boiling salted water with the addition of spices to taste. The rest of the dumplings can be frozen.
Serve dumplings with butter or sour cream and top with fresh dill.
