Wash and peel all vegetables well. Grate the carrots on a medium grater. Chop the onion, pepper and bacon into cubes, cut the tomatoes into small pieces.
Turn on the multicooker to the “Frying” mode. Heat the oil and add the chopped onion. Cook it until golden brown, add grated carrots and fry for 5 minutes.
Pour the pepper pieces into the slow cooker and fry everything together for about 5-7 minutes. Add the chopped bacon and cook it along with the vegetables for another 5 minutes.
Pour pasta into the multicooker, add water and switch the device to the “Pasta” mode for 10 minutes. Add pieces of tomatoes, garlic and dill, as well as salt and spices: pepper, paprika, ginger.
Add cream and leave the dish to simmer in the “Keep Warm” mode for 5 minutes. Sprinkle the finished pasta with grated cheese before serving.
Sprinkle pasta with bacon and vegetables in a creamy sauce with parsley and add a light salad.
