Rinse the mushrooms. Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
Chop the chicken and mushrooms.
Fry the chicken fillet for 10 minutes.
Add mushrooms, fry for another 10 minutes.
Pour in the cream and simmer for another 7 minutes, add salt.
Place in molds or cocotte bowls.
Sprinkle with cheese and place the dish in the oven to bake until done.
Serve the dish as soon as the cheese melts.
