Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Rinse the lard thoroughly. Peel the garlic.
Cut the lard into pieces. Grind the garlic using a crusher or fine grater. Mix salt, pepper, paprika and ground coriander, combine the resulting mixture with chopped garlic. If you wish, you can grind the bay leaf in a coffee grinder. Add to pickling mixture.
Rub the lard pieces well with a mixture of salt and spices, then wrap each piece with cling film. Leave at room temperature for a day, then put in the refrigerator to pickle for two days. Store the finished lard in the freezer.
Serve as sandwiches with black bread. Cut the onion into rings, place lard on top and garnish with parsley.
