Check to see if the finished lasagne sheets require pre-cooking. If so, boil the leaves in boiling water with salt and vegetable oil for no more than 3 minutes. Then lay the sheets on a towel and let dry. Wash and peel the onion. Grate Parmesan. Wash the vegetables to serve and cut into thin slices. Grease a baking dish with oil.
Prepare the filling sauce. Finely chop the onion and fry it lightly in a frying pan with olive oil. Add minced meat and fry it with onions for 3-4 minutes. Pour the wine and tomato paste into the minced meat, salt and pepper it. Simmer the minced meat, stirring, until almost all the liquid has evaporated and the mass has thickened.
Assemble and bake the lasagna. Place several sheets of lasagna on the bottom of the pan. Spread the minced meat on top and sprinkle it with cheese. Cover it with lasagne sheets. Repeat with minced meat and cheese. Make several such layers, sprinkle only cheese on the last one. Place the pan with the dish in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and cook for 30 minutes. If the top starts to burn, cover it with foil.
Serve lasagna with chopped vegetables. You can eat lasagna either hot or cold.
