Wash the meat, remove all films and tendons from it, rub with salt, paprika, and ground black pepper to add piquancy. Place the meat in the refrigerator and marinate it for 10 hours.
Place the marinated poultry in the prepared pan, cover with foil and place in a preheated oven to bake for about 35 minutes at 250°C.
Remove the foil from the turkey and return to the oven to bake until golden brown. Do not remove the finished meat from the oven, but let it cool there for a couple of hours. After 2 hours, remove the turkey from the oven, wrap it in cling film and place under a weight. The ham is ready.
Serve turkey ham with vegetables and mushrooms, sauces and marinades.
