Boiled octopus with rice

Octopus meat tastes like squid - it is also sweetish, but softer. There are different ways to prepare octopuses: they are stewed, boiled, fried, canned, dried, baked. In China and Japan, octopuses are eaten raw and sometimes even alive. This meat contains a large amount of quickly digestible protein, various vitamins and macro- and microelements.
