Steps:


  1. Form the minced meat into round cutlets and place them in the freezer. Wash the vegetables and rinse the salad. Cut the tomatoes into slices, cucumbers into thin slices. Peel the onion and cut into small half rings. Divide the buns into 2 parts.

  2. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise and ketchup in a 1:1 ratio. Pour in Worcestershire sauce.

  3. Preheat the grill. Place the cutlets on the grill and fry on both sides for 4-6 minutes. Place one or two pieces of cheese on each cutlet and leave for 1 minute. Remove from grill.

  4. Place the cut side of the buns on the grill. Fry for 30-45 seconds. Remove from grill.

  5. Place 1 tbsp on 1 piece of bun. prepared sauce, spread. Place a cutlet with cheese, tomatoes, cucumber, onion and lettuce on part 2. Cover with the first bun and press down slightly.

  6. Serve the burgers warm with homemade fries and BBQ sauce.
