Prepare a set of products. Weigh out the required amount of mushrooms and spaghetti. Wash the oyster mushrooms, dry them and remove the stems. Peel and wash the garlic and onions.
Cut the oyster mushrooms into small cubes or strips - as you like. Cut the onion into small cubes and place in a frying pan. Fry until translucent, then add chopped oyster mushrooms. Stir.
Cook the spaghetti. Before putting them in boiling water, salt the water and pour in 1 tbsp. vegetable oil.
Fry the oyster mushrooms until there is moisture in the pan. After this, add grated garlic and cream. Cook the sauce until it thickens. Then add finely grated cheese, add chopped parsley, stir.
Place the spaghetti in the center of the plate. Top with a few tablespoons of mushroom sauce. Garnish with herbs to taste. Place tomato or other vegetable slices in the middle of the mound.
