Prepare the necessary set of products on hand. Wash the tomatoes. Peel and wash the onions. Open all packaged ingredients.
Add salt and pepper to the minced meat, mix well and beat. Make cutlets and place them in the refrigerator for 40-50 minutes. Then place them on a grill pan greased with soy oil and fry on both sides.
