Remove the top leaves of the cabbage and cut off the stalk. Peel the onion. Wash the dill and dry on a paper towel. Finely chop the cabbage, finely chop the onion, grate the cheese on a coarse grater, chop the dill.
Make a vegetable base for the pie. Place the cabbage in a deep bowl, squeeze lightly with your hands, add eggs, mix thoroughly. Add onion and cheese to the mixture and stir.
Add remaining ingredients. Pour flour into the mixture in portions, stirring constantly, season with salt and pepper. Without ceasing to stir, add the greens.
Prepare the pie. Grease a frying pan with oil, heat it up, add the dough and smooth it out. Fry over low heat for 15 minutes. Then, using a wide, flat dish, turn the pie over to the other side. Cook for 10 minutes. Turn off the heat and let the pie sit for 5 minutes.
Remove the pie from the pan, cut into portions, place on plates and serve with a glass of warm or cold milk.
