For ease of preparation, place all the ingredients for making tiramisu cake within easy reach and place in appropriate containers.
In a deep container, combine Mascarpone and Ricotta cheeses, yogurt, vanilla extract and powdered sugar and beat until smooth using a mixer.
Pour the sherry into a deep bowl and dip all the Savoyardi biscuits into it one at a time, then place the biscuits on the bottom of the mold so that there are no large gaps left.
Place a layer of cream on top of the biscuit, spreading it evenly with a silicone spatula or spoon, then a layer of raspberries, another layer of sherry-soaked cookies and the remaining cream.
Decorate the tiramisu cake with raspberries on top and place in the refrigerator to soak for 1 hour. Sprinkle the cake with cocoa, straining it through a sieve.
Serve the tiramisu cake by cutting it into portions so that the layers are visible. You can accompany the serving of such a treat with a cup of aromatic tea or coffee.
