Wash the vegetables, peel the onions. Measure out the required amount of spices.
Cut into cubes: peeled red onion and bell pepper, removed seeds and stems, and cut the champignons into small pieces, grate the cheese on a coarse grater, finely chop the greens.
Heat a frying pan, pour oil and place mushrooms, onions and bell peppers on it, do not forget to stir. Salt the vegetables to taste, fry until tender for about 10 minutes, then put everything in one container.
While you are frying the vegetables, prepare the sauce, add ketchup, mayonnaise and black pepper to one container, mix it all well.
In an already preheated frying pan, fry the flatbread over low heat, on one side for 1.5 minutes, then turn over and fry on the other side for 1.5 minutes. Repeat the same process with the second cake.
On an already fried tortilla, place the sauce on one half, put a lettuce leaf on the other, and put beans, fried vegetables, cheese and herbs on the side with the sauce. Cover the vegetables with the other half of the tortilla and serve.
Serve the finished tortilla on serving plates. The serving can be additionally decorated with fresh vegetables.
