Cut the chicken into medium strips. Peel the onion and chop. Peel the garlic and cut into thin strips.
Place the garlic in a heated frying pan with hot vegetable oil and fry it for 2-3 minutes over medium heat. Add onion, salt, turmeric and paprika, mix thoroughly and fry for about 5 minutes.
Pour the poultry into the frying pan and add water, cover tightly with a lid and leave the contents of the frying pan to simmer for 20 minutes over low heat. Transfer the poultry and onions to another bowl. Add the chicken to the already hot oil and fry for about 7-8 minutes over high heat. Add salt, turmeric and paprika, mix thoroughly and leave to fry for another 1-2 minutes.
Place the poultry in the middle of the plate, add chicken on top, lightly sprinkle the dish with fresh herbs, and also serve some juicy vegetables.
