Before cooking, you need to prepare the dough. To do this, sift the flour through a sieve into a deep bowl, make a small depression, and add eggs, butter and salt there. Knead the dough until it becomes elastic and smooth. Then place it in a warm place for 35 minutes.
Prepare the filling. To do this, grind the ground beef through a meat grinder, then add finely chopped onion, salt and spices. Mix the resulting mixture thoroughly until smooth.
Remove the dough from a warm place and divide into 2 halves. Roll out one part thinly and place the filling on it with a teaspoon at intervals of 2-3 cm. Then roll out the second part just as thinly and cover the sheet with the filling with it. Between the rows of minced meat, gently press down the top layer of dough, and then cut it into squares. Then secure the ravioli around the edges with a fork and cook them in boiling salted water for 5-7 minutes.
Serve the ravioli in portions with butter and herbs. If you wish, you can finish serving with sour cream or any other sauce.
