Steps:


  1. Wash the vegetables, peel them and cut them. Bulgarian pepper - in strips, onion - in half rings, eggplant and tomatoes - in cubes. Chop the garlic. Boil water, heat oil in a frying pan.

  2. Salt the eggplant cubes to taste and place in a frying pan, fry for 2-3 minutes. Add chopped onions and peppers and fry for about 5 minutes. Add tomatoes and paprika, stir and cook for another 1-3 minutes.

  3. Add the ptitim to the vegetable mixture and mix thoroughly. Pour in boiled water, its amount should be 2 times the amount of ptitim. Season with salt and pepper. Cover the pan tightly with a lid and simmer over medium heat for about 15 minutes. At the end add chopped garlic.

  4. Before serving, sprinkle the petitim with vegetables with finely chopped dill.
