Chop the onion and garlic, and chop the mushrooms coarsely.
Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil, fry the onion and garlic, add mushrooms and fry until golden brown. Add spices and stir.
Add the tomatoes in their own juice, broth to the pan and bring to a boil, then add the spaghetti. Cook the pasta until done, covered.
Add spinach, grated cheese to the prepared spaghetti and mix well.
