Wash the fish under cool running water and dry well with paper towels. Wash the greens, wash the vegetables, avocado and kiwi, peel what is necessary. Finely chop all ingredients except fish.
Combine half the cumin, chili powder, black pepper, lime zest and salt in a small bowl. Sprinkle the fish with spices on each side, drizzle with olive oil and let marinate for about 30 minutes. Then cut into 8 equal pieces.
In a deep bowl, mix the other half of the cumin and lime. Add chopped ingredients: red onion, avocado, kiwi, tomatoes, chili peppers, cilantro and mint. Mix thoroughly, pour in half the lemon juice and fish sauce. Add sugar to taste, stir again. Leave to sit for about 15 minutes. Taste and add lime juice to taste.
Place each fish steak in turn on a grill preheated to medium temperature, fry on each side for 2-3 minutes.
To serve the dish beautifully, place the fish on a flat dish and pour over the hot sauce. Additionally, use medium-sized lime wedges and a few sprigs of cilantro to bring out the citrus flavor.
