Squid carcasses must be thoroughly cleaned and rinsed under water. Place them in boiling salted water for 2-3 minutes and then cool. Overcooked squid can spoil the dish and make it too tough. Boil the eggs hard, cool and peel. Wash and dry fresh herbs. Cut the eggs into small cubes. Chop the greens. Grate the cheese. Prepare a baking dish and parchment. Turn on the oven to 150 degrees.
Prepare the filling. Mix cheese with egg, add chopped green onions and dill. Season with sour cream, salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
Bake the squid. Fill the squid carcasses with the filling and place on parchment. Spread a little sour cream on top. Bake in an oven preheated to 150 degrees for 15 minutes.
Cut squid stuffed with egg into portions and serve as an independent dish. The cooled dish can be used as a cold snack.
