 
                   
               
              Peel the garlic and cut into thin slices. Rinse the fish and cut it into small portions.               Heat the butter in a frying pan over high heat. Fry the garlic and dry oregano in it for 1-2 minutes. Add olive oil. Fry the cod in aromatic oil on each side for 2 minutes. Pour cream into the fish and sprinkle with seasonings. Simmer cod fillets for 7-10 minutes. Add lemon juice, stir and simmer for another 1 minute.               Place the finished cod on a plate and pour a few spoons of the resulting sauce over it.
