Sift the flour through a sieve in advance to saturate it with oxygen and make it more airy.               Make dumplings. Divide the dough into two equal parts and roll each one 2-3 mm thick, with a diameter the size of the dumpling maker. Place one sheet on a floured dumpling maker. Place minced meat in the depressions. Cover with a second sheet of dough. Gently roll out with a rolling pin so that the shape separates the dumplings. Turn the pan over so the dumplings fall out.               Cook the dumplings. Throw the dumplings into salted boiling water and cook over medium heat for 10-12 minutes.
