Wash and peel the vegetables.
Slice the chicken fillet.
Pour water into a saucepan and add salt. After boiling, add egg noodles.
Cook the noodles until done. See instructions on the package.
Cut the onion into feathers and fry it in a frying pan with high sides for 2-3 minutes.
Place the chopped chicken fillet into the pan.
Fry the chicken fillet until cooked through for 7-8 minutes.
Add halved cherry tomatoes to the pan.
Add noodles to meat and vegetables.
Stir in the noodles, meat and vegetables and simmer over medium heat for 3-5 minutes.
Divide the noodles with chicken into serving bowls and serve. Bon appetit!
Add small pieces of mozzarella and fresh herbs to the noodles.
