Steps:


  1. Prepare the ingredients required for the dish in the required quantities. Rinse the pumpkin with cool water, peel and remove the seeds from the pulp. Peel the garlic and rinse with water to remove debris and dirt.

  2. Cut the peeled pumpkin into small cubes, place in a deep bowl and add basil, pumpkin seeds and finely chopped garlic to the vegetable. Mix the ingredients thoroughly, place them in a greased baking dish and place in an oven preheated to 200°C, bake for 25 minutes until soft.
