Pour boiling water over the mussels for a couple of minutes, then drain the water and cut into halves. Thaw the shrimp. Wash and clean the squid. Wash the lettuce leaves, dry and chop coarsely. Wash the cucumbers and cut into cubes. Wash the lemon, cut it in half and squeeze the juice out of half.
Make a gas station. For the dressing, mix soy sauce, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and black pepper.
Boil squid and shrimp. Bring water in a saucepan to a boil. Then add salt and place one squid in the water for 15 seconds. Cool them and cut them into rings. Fill another pan with water, add salt and place over medium heat. Place shrimp in boiling water and cook for about 5 minutes. Then cool, peel and chop, reserving three shrimp for serving.
Boil the eggs. Pour cold water into the pan, add salt and eggs. Boil for 10 minutes after boiling. Drain and cool. Then peel and cut into small pieces.
Mix the ingredients. Place squid, shrimp, mussels, eggs, cucumbers, lettuce in a salad bowl and pour over the dressing. Stir and serve.
Before serving, garnish the salad with a few whole boiled shrimp.
