Wash and peel the potatoes.
Cut the potatoes into small pieces.
Place potatoes in a baking container and add vegetable oil.
Bake the potatoes in the oven for 40 minutes at 200°C.
Prepare the sauce. Grate the cheese and mix with sour cream. Add salt, pepper, garlic and your favorite spices to taste.
Slice the ham and mix with the sauce.
Remove the potatoes from the oven and add the sauce to them, stir. If desired, grate some cheese and sprinkle on top. Bake for 10 minutes until done.
Sprinkle the finished dish with herbs.
