Boil the eggs hard, then cover with cold water and peel off the shells. Wash the onion and cut into rings, set aside a little for serving. Wash the parsley and lemon, cut the lemon into slices.
Prepare your ingredients. Grate the boiled eggs on a medium grater. Open the jar of saury and transfer the contents to a plate. Mash the fish with a fork until smooth.
Form a salad. Take the cooking ring and place it on a flat dish. Place a layer of fish as the first layer, then apply a mayonnaise mesh. Lightly salt the eggs and distribute inside the ring. Apply mayonnaise mesh and sprinkle green onions on top of the salad.
You can garnish the salad dish with the remaining chopped green onions around the edges, and place a lemon wedge and a sprig of parsley next to it for flavor.
