Place the livers and hearts on separate plates, and place the onions, carrots and bay leaves in a separate plate. Place the sour cream in a glass and pour the flour into a plate. Place the pepper in a container.
Cut the onion into cubes, lightly fry in vegetable oil. Add the grated carrots, then place the liver and heart in the frying pan, add salt, pepper, bay leaf and sour cream, mix and add flour. Simmer for 15 minutes, then let stand for a while.
Place the dish on a plate and garnish with vegetables.
