Remove the skin from the chicken breast, wash and dry on a paper towel. Prepare the required amount of sauce, cheese, salt and spices.
Rub the prepared chicken breasts generously with salt and spices and let sit for a little while.
Transfer the chicken to an ovenproof dish or pan and spread the salsa evenly over the breasts. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 200°C.
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Remove the chicken from the oven, sprinkle evenly with shredded cheese and bake for another 3-4 minutes until the cheese is melted and crispy.
Serve chicken salsa in portions with vegetables and new potatoes. Distribute these ingredients beautifully on a dish, sprinkle with chopped herbs.
