Wash the chicken breast, cut into cubes and fry in a frying pan.
While the breast is cooking, peel the mushrooms and cut into small pieces. Add mushrooms to meat.
When all the liquid has evaporated, fry everything in oil and salt to taste.
Add cream and simmer briefly over low heat.
Place pasta in salted boiling water and cook until tender.
Drain the pasta in a colander.
Place them back in the pan and add a couple of tablespoons of vegetable oil to prevent them from sticking.
Serve pasta with mushroom sauce.
