Rinse the cereal 2-3 times in cold water. Fry the bulgur in a preheated frying pan with sunflower oil for about 4 minutes.
Chop the onion and fry until golden brown in half a frying pan.
Add carrots and bell peppers, stir.
Place tomato rings and crushed garlic on top.
Pour two cups of boiling water, cover with a lid, cook over low heat for 20 minutes after the water boils. Stir.
Before serving, you can sprinkle with cilantro or parsley. This side dish goes well with fish and chicken.
