Lay out all the ingredients in front of you. Wash and peel the vegetables.
Clean and gut the fish, trim off any excess, and rinse well under running water.
Cut the fish carcass crosswise into pieces and add salt. Place on a baking sheet pre-greased with vegetable oil.
Cut eggplants, tomatoes, bell peppers into slices. Place the vegetables between the pieces of carp, also spread them all over the baking sheet and on top of the fish in several layers.
Pour mayonnaise on top, sprinkle with finely chopped herbs and bake in the oven at 200°C for 30-40 minutes, depending on the size of the fish pieces.
Serve alongside vegetables. You can also complement the dish with a side dish of rice, buckwheat, potatoes, etc.
