Take several containers and distribute all the necessary ingredients among them. Remove everything unnecessary from the table so that nothing interferes with the cooking process.
Grate the varieties of cheeses on a coarse grater, melt the butter, and cut the sun-dried tomatoes. Add eggs, salt and pepper to the milk to taste.
Take 3 sheets of dough and brush with butter. Top with half the cheese mixture, tomatoes and oregano.
Roll the dough with filling into a roll and cut into several pieces. Place each piece in a greased pan.
Pour the milk mixture into the mold and place them on a baking sheet. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake for 15 - 20 minutes until done.
When the dish is ready, remove the baking sheet and let the rolls cool for a few minutes, then remove them from the pan and serve.
To add more flavor to the dish, sprinkle it with herbs and serve with hot coffee.
