Prepare two saucepans, a frying pan and a colander.
Put the water on the fire, when it boils, add the shells and cook as directed on the package. Drain in a colander. In another saucepan, boil water for the broccoli and add salt. Once it boils, throw in the separated broccoli florets and cook for four minutes. And also drain it of water.
Pour olive oil into a frying pan, crush the garlic with the flat side of a knife and put it in the oil, put a couple of strips of bacon in there and let it fry. As soon as the bacon is browned, add the broccoli, add a little salt and pepper and fry for two minutes.
You can pour the shells into a frying pan and fry a little with its contents, or you can, on the contrary, pour broccoli and bacon into the pan and stir. Place portions on plates and grate cheese on top. Bon appetit!
Decorate with herbs, you can put five cherry tomatoes on top, cut into 2 parts.
