Thaw the puff pastry without yeast and beat the eggs. Find a shape that is 26 or 28 centimeters.
Grease the mold with vegetable oil. Roll out the dough until it fits the size of your pan and is large enough to fit around the edges of the pie. Don't go too subtle. You can add a separate strip to the sides and lay them out in a circle. Prick the dough along the bottom with a fork. Brush the sides of the pie with a little beaten egg. Place in a preheated oven at 180°C for 7 minutes.
Grate the processed cheese and mix with well-mashed cottage cheese. Pour in the beaten eggs and mix again. Add some salt. Finely chop the greens and add them to the cheese mixture, stir again. Cut the tomatoes into slices.
Remove the pan with the dough from the oven, lay out the cheese mixture in an even layer. Place tomato slices on top, add salt on top and place in the oven. And bake for another 25 minutes. The pie is ready, bon appetit!
Cut your pie into triangular slices and decorate with herbs.
